Information Collected
Intrepid Relocation will collect personal information from you in order to provide requested relocation services and act as your agent during and after your relocation. We only collect personally identifiable information about you when you specifically provide such information to Intrepid Relocation on a voluntary basis or while requesting information on Intrepid Relocation’s services. This information includes, or may include, your legal name(s), SSN, government ID, employee/employment data, bank account information, and passport number; method(s) of contact including phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses; your home address(es); certain information about the contents of your home; and information about your family such as name(s) of your spouse, parents, or children if it is relevant to the relocation services being provided.
You will always have the right to access, review, and correct any personal information that we may have collected on you. An individual who seeks access to, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate information in Intrepid Relocation’s possession should direct their query to info@intrepidrelo.com; Intrepid Relocation will review and make corrections accordingly.
Information Shared
As a customer of Intrepid Relocation, it will be necessary to share your personal information such as your address of current and prospective residence, contact information, and any information required to ensure successful relocation between one or more local, state, federal, or international jurisdictions. This information is only used to fulfill the transferee's specific request unless the transferee gives us permission to use it in another manner (ex. to add you to one of our mailing lists). We do not share, sell, rent or trade personally identifiable data with third parties for their promotional purposes. We will share personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Policy.
"Third parties" are defined as companies who provide global mobility/relocation services to customers as directed by Intrepid Relocation, such as moving companies, real estate agents, customs clearance agents, temporary housing companies, destination service providers, language trainers, cultural trainers, and education service providers. Only the minimum specific data required to provide a specific service is provided to individual third party service providers.
Intrepid Relocation may be required to disclose an individual's personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including meeting national security or law enforcement requirements. We may also be required by law to share customer information with government agencies with a need to know, for example Immigration and Customs.
Intrepid Relocation’s customers always have a choice to consent or not consent to the sharing of their information with third parties. Intrepid Relocation only processes the information for the specific purpose and according to the consent given by the individual.
Intrepid Relocation may disclose personal information about you to third parties in special cases when we believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating Intrepid Relocation’s terms of use or terms of service, or may be causing injury to any of Intrepid Relocation’s rights or property, other Intrepid Relocation customers, or anyone else. We remain responsible for the handling of your personal Information by those affiliates and third parties as provided in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, including any supplemental principles.
Privacy compliance
Our Privacy Policy is compliant with the following instrument: EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles. In order to demonstrate that our Privacy Policy accords with the above privacy instrument, we are voluntarily committed to a self-assessment procedure.
For any violation of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, Intrepid Relocation is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Independent recourse mechanism for EU-U.S. and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework complaints

In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, Intrepid Relocation further commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF to the American Arbitration Association (AAA)’s Independent Conflict Dispute Resolution ICDR/AAA Program, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF Principles-related complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your DPF Principles-related complaint to your satisfaction, please visit https://go.adr.org/dpf_irm.html for more information or to file a complaint. The services of the ICDR/AAA Program are provided at no cost to you.
Under certain limited conditions, individuals may invoke binding arbitration as a last resort before the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF Panel.
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, Intrepid Relocation also commits to cooperate and comply with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs), or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if applicable, with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of human resources data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF in the context of the employment relationship.
